Title: 3 Sided Cocktail Builders???

Was thinking about making the 3rd sides control panel about 30 inches in length to accomodate the two people.  What is everyones opinion who has made a 3 sided cocktail???

Sounds cool to me.

But why do all the cocktails I seem to see 2-3 sided, and not 4 sided? Is it just because they are usually shoved up against a wall?
