I have an arkanoid PCB for sale, it was tested working before being put in to storage and is assumed to still work but is sold "As-is".(I would test it now but its not jamma so I have no way to test)

Shipping charges vary from destination to destination.  It's helpful to know where the item is being shipped from to figure out shipping charges.
