This is a decent MAME PC for the price

Looks like a decent system, though I'd be a bit concerned about the power supply @ 200 Watts, especially if someone starts plugging in a 3rd party video card, USB hubs, LED controllerts, additional hard drives, etc.
Should be good for onboard video usage though.
I guess I'm spoiled -- I get lots of 'boneyard' stuff from my job as they swap out workstations for newer models.

Not everyone goes overboard on their MAME setups, so I was letting people know about this one.
-
I don't know too much about older graphics cards(Or integrated graphics), how well can this run 3d games/emulators(Such as n64 and the like). I'll probably end up building a PC for my mame setup.

You should pretty much always choose a video card over integrated graphics if you're planning on using 3D. Some onboard video is fine, but most pale in comparison to a dedicated card.

I can say I'm using a DELL I bought in 2006 which has integrated video and it runs Zinc at full speed except for Tekken 3.
-
thats crap, for 135 you can get systems that fast off freecycle.
-
Just presenting an option for people who might spend even more than that. I'd never buy this, but saw it and posted it.
-
thats a great deal considering the shipping should be free if I read the website right, and you get a winXP CD

Yeah, I forgot to mention the free shipping. (And I noticed the XP, too)
