Title: Need free or cheap Game Cabs in the Dayton, Oh area & Arcade Screen Help!

Hello All!
I am looking for any cheap or free game cabs in the dayton oh area.

Does anybody know if you can use a arcade screen on a computer or what you have to have to hook it up and is the picture quality anygood?
