Title: Is This a good cab?

I found a cabinet that looks like this and i was wondering if it would be a good mame cabinet?

and if there are any plans for it or if i can get the height of it?

Don't see why not. Maybe not the largest control panel area to work with if you want to add more than a 2 player standard set. It's a Dynamo cab from what I understand, SFII.

It's a Dynamo HS-5 and is, IMPO, a perfect cab for MAME.

OTOH, if this has come up publicly, it may already be gone -- there is a standing order from a local op to snatch these up as they appear.

Yea.. looks like a perfect candidate to mame.  Not enough cabinet space for my personal taste but one heck of a start.
