Title: Pinball LED's (not PF bulbs)?
Post by: pinballwizard79 on August 12, 2009, 12:47:27 am
I want to make my pinball buttons glow......& my topper.

For the buttons it looks like this is the best option: http://www.nicemite.com/LightmiteLB/LightmiteLB.htm Pinball bulbs are @ 6.3v....... I wonder if I can tap into the coin reject bulbs to power the leaf button lighting module??????

For my crypt topper I want to put in tiny LED's for the rat's eyes & the bats eyes......I dont want to go to rig them into a battery powered system, I would rather they turn off/on with the game....these type of LED's: http://www.ledssuperbright.com/3mm-led-c-7/100-3mm-rgb-flashing-leds-p-29

Any ideas for powering this, do I need to worry about burning my house down?

thanks PBJ....I think.

How to I take some generic transformer & have it running bulbs of different voltage?

LED's consume low power so I wouldn't think it would even register on the board........ its the mini LED's I cant figure out how to wire in the same loop......resistors?

For single LED's you need to add in the appropriate resistor for a given voltage:
