Title: Broken monitor where do I start to fix
Post by: mimic on August 12, 2009, 12:08:50 am
I've got 19" monitor laying around (Komodo some kind off brand) not very old maybe 3 years old. One day it did pffzzzt and that was it. Was wondering if it's easy to fix a monitor, and if so where do I start? I figured I'd decase it and maybe make a bartop out of it. I've got some older laptop I'd shove in there and play older games.

Komodo?  Isn't that a computer monitor brand?

No one can post some kind of link to fix your own tv/computer monitor for dummies/newbies? I'd love to salvage the damn thing if could. Rather than just throwing it away.
