Hi this is my first post. I just wanted to get a feel if I am on the right track.
I got a cocktail style cabinet that has JAMMA wiring/controls in it. Looks like everything is wired correctly but there is no PCB. The monitor in it is a WellsGardener 19" 4956 series. I turn the power on and everything lights up, including a blue screen on the monitor.
My question is, with the current setup, do I just need to add a PC, JPAC, and ArcadeVGA card to get this thing converted for a MAME setup? Should I just try to restore it with a classic PCB? I don't want to do any major modifications to the cab itself (ie. more buttons, extra joysticks). I want it to have that classic look.
Any advice/help is greatly appreciated.

Google 48 in 1 jamma or 60 in 1 jamma and you will find a single board solution to run your jamma cab.

thanks boba. I think that solution will be good. the idea of a mame cabinet interests me, but maybe another cabinet will have to server that purpose.

Just out of curiosity, is that monitor vertical or horizontal? I hope it's vertical, otherwise if you buy that 60 in 1 Jamma board all of your games will be turned on their side.

lizardlick has a 19 in one horizontal multijamma board, if that is the case...but the game selection on it is pretty crappy.
