Title: Looking for Wall Mounted Juke plans

I would like to build a touch screen jukebox for my media room.  I am only looking to have it house the monitor, computer, etc and feed the audio to my stereo. 

Any plans out there?

Looking for something simpler... like this:

That one was sold on ebay a while ago.
