Title: Monitor squiggle lines

I read this is the fix "If the pattern is "herringbone" (as the experts call it) which newbies would call a fine "worm wiggle" you need to connect a jumper wire on your power supply between the "Frame Ground" terminal and the DC output Ground terminal."

But what is it talking about.. The power supply on the computer of the power supply in the cabinate?

this is when the earth is floating,you link the earth input of the psu to the common on the psu-this is the standard cab psu btw
otherwise you start disconnecting earth one by one to find which is causing the problem

I will check this out tonight.. It works fine when the jamma board ( this is a Golden Tee ) is connected to it, but when I connect the computer the video is low, I know I need to amplify the voltage, but there are squiggles in it.  I also have a wells-gardner 19 inch model 19k7901, is this a good monitor to use, will it better accept the computer input?

it could all be down to the video signal level,you may need to use a video amp as you say-the wg7000 series will also need an amp

I eliminated the squiggle lines by running a wire between the monitor ground and the GROUND wire on the jamma harness... Also the W-G 7000 works very well with the computer, didnt have to adjust anything or no need for an amp. It just worked... It will even display 800-600 with a little flicker but it is viewable which is good for setting up the software of fixing problems with the windows system....

update to remove the squiggle lines and increase the picture quality I grounded the computer to the outside frame of the CRT and whala all was well.. just cranked up the contrast level and boom no amp needed. will post pictures later tonight.
