Title: Problem with CPWizard 2.21

Hello!

I've been using HeadKazes ControlsDat app to edit my controls.xml file to include some missing games and give better descriptions to others. Unfortunately, CPWizard will not display these new values, regardless of where I put the controls.xml file. Is this a known issue? Is it intentional? Any way around it?
