Title: Pentranic 1131Dynamo cab Need some basic help with hook up and the likes
Post by: Dr Zero on July 29, 2009, 11:50:16 am
Well I sent my board off to be fixed and there is apparently 2 additional boards that go with the main one (go figure) I found the one with the adjustment pots on it

There is another small board that is missing doing with power  :banghead: and there is the question of how to get power to the monitor if there another component missing?

I will upload some pics and maybe that will help some  :banghead:

Anyone with a dynamo cab willing to take some pic of the inside back of theirs for me, I just need some form of reference so I know what Im dealing with. Thanks!

not quite sure what ur asking .
if the board was sent out for repair , i'd assume u would be awaiting its return  :dunno
otherwise , all connections are to monitor pcb.....
pic:
1   pcb connections for "pot " board
2   red wire = deguassing coil
3   yoke plug
4   video  to monitor
5   AC to monitor

Yeah a real nice fellow who runs a repair place here in Florida called and said um are there some parts to this   :o and I'm like ummm no.... :-\

So he has a power board he we can use but I'm not sure about how to tie it in.

Ok I got
1
2
3 I know goes to the main board and there is a smaller board that goes to the tube

4 Ah I see that is the from the jamma harness to the main board got ya!

5 I have a concern with there is apparently another small board that the power goes to then to the main board?
There is also a wire that plugs into the power not sure if that comes with the board or that is missing also. That is where I'm kinda lost.

Also thanks for the help I am totally new to this so I had rather ask some dumb question than assume and ruin a monitor or curl my hair any more  :afro:

Added

here is a board that is close to the one I have
