Title: SI-325 25" med res brightness problems

I have a Fighting Vipers machine by Sega with a Sharp Image SI-325 25" med res color monitor.

It has poor brightness and colours bleed to the right when I turn up the brightness too much.

The blue channel seems to overpower the red & green.  The green is very low.

Any help would be appreciated.

most likely a weak crt - rejuvination should improve it
could also have a leaky blue drive xistor .

Thanks, I'm guessing this is something I should bring to a trained professional as I don't have any specialty tools.
