Title: why to bother with GBA on a cab: bit generations

dotstream is an INCREDIBLE racing game. i can't believe this wasn't in arcades decades ago.

a friend loaned it to me for GBA, and it's going on my cab for sure. the other bit generations titles are simple looking games like that, and i'm gonna try them out. shame they were only released in Japan. i'll get my hands on whatever i can.

so does anyone know a GBA emulator that will do fullscreen at 320px wide or less?  ;D
looks like i'll be playing with video filters for now
