The first is a wells gardner model no. 19k7901 The picture is a bright neon green after it warms up.
Next is a philips model no. 0019263 The picture flickers.
And last is a wells gardner model no. 19k4903 The color red wont show up on screen. But this one has BAD burn in, so a replacement is in order sometime in the future.
I can take pictures if anyone thinks it would help, but will a cap kit solve my problems? where can i find them? and if i wanted to replace the 19k4903 what is a good replacement price-wise?

We always recommend new caps if they're original.
Might be a problem with the green gun(#1), transistor might have shorted making it on all the time.
Phillips (#2) does not make arcade monitors, but they do make tubes.
(#3) don't replace the whole monitor, just get a new tube! 4600s are awesome monitors with great pictures. As for the missing red, it could be several things, from a blown drive transistor on the neck board to a loose connection to a broken solder joint.

And i found out that the monitor that dosen't show red will, but you have to slap the side of the cab and it only works 10% of the time... ???

Wells Gardner K7000

Check for bad solder joints where the video input plugs into the monitor.
May want to check the neckboard too while your're at it.

Agreed. Problems that change with impact are broken solder joints most of the time.
