I finished painting my cab on Monday - I used a latex paint. Is it too early to apply the side art? I'll be using a squeegee to apply it and hopefully make it air tight.

Just to be on the safe side....do it the following monday...
( my first thought was 3 days)
Because of lack of funds...I wasnt able to get side art till about 3 months after I painted...

You must wait at least as long as the can says the cure time is. But, I've found that it's better to wait several times that long.

Javeryh,
I take it this is for the DK cab? :)
Can't wait to see it...unveiling soon?

Yup. I can't wait to see it either! I'm almost finished but I have a pretty major step or two left - I don't have an arcade monitor OR computer yet. Cosmetically all I have left to do is apply the decals and a few other odds and ends (install the coin door, wire the controls, etc.). I guess I'll wait on installing the side art since it will be a week or two before I have everything I need to finish this project.

I'd wait.
check the finish make sure its smooth n pretty. no point in putting them on now if you can wait imo

I'm up to about 5 years or so.

I would think a week would be good enough. So then I'd wait two.
