Title: Square LCD?

I've been asked about building another cab.  I can't personally do it, but I've got the plans and the know-how to setup the mame box underneath the hood.  However, the guy I'm trying to help out wants to use a LCD screen.  Is it possible to get a 24 inch square LCD?  Whats a good solution for this?

Unlikely or at the very least not for any reasonable price (they got to go for over 2k).
