My favorite sports game is Super World Stadium '99 but it isn't 100% emulated yet. I decided I want to have my own SWS arcade CAB. I found online a used SWS '99 and also SWS'01 PCB board. I was wondering if it would really be as simple as:
1. Buy a used JAMMA ready arcade CAB
2. Insert SWS PCB
Would I have a workable SWS CAB or is there any type of special adapter I would need to hook up JAMMA PCB? Are all JAMMA PCB compatible with a regular JAMMA Harness?
What would I need to make it work?
Thanks.

from what i understand it should be that simple.. jamma was a standard to make changing games easier for operators.
although iirc it only supports 2 players with 3 buttons each (not sure if that includes start)
anything beyond that you have to get that boards own secondary harness for the extra buttons/players.

It should work fine, though of course you may do well to try and download the manual or use KLOV and other sources to see if there was anything unique about the original arcade cabinet that may slip you up. Creating a 'kick harness' yourself shouldn't be a problem if the PCB does not have it attached, though if there are any specific electronic issues like voltage regulations or unusual connections you may encounter problems.

Here's the link to the PCB board

I did a little more investigating and since this is a Namco System 12 PCB, is this something I need to install?
