Title: Problem with Nestopia 640x480 fullscreen

I have tried to get 640x480 to work with my Sony TV Composite 480i 30hz. I havent found any solution Nestopia uses Direct3d in fullscreen 640x480 60hz  :hissy: Windowed mode works great.. Every time when i change to FS tv is out of sync -> 60hz :(
