This is the power supply i'm using.. I have nothing else hooked up to it.. its just the power supply.. and the sepereate plug...i stripped the ends of the plug and put it under the AC screw.. tried both ACs.. and it shorts my breakers every time! I even put it on the lowest setting. Am i hooking it up right? I'm a noob please help.

EDIT 6/7/09:
I had both ac wires of the plug hooked up to the same ac screw of the power supply... im retarded lol. Works like a charm now. Don't do what i did! haha.

If it is not automatic voltage selection make sure you have selected the proper input voltage 110 or 220 depending on where you are.  If you have your AC wires on the right terminals and you have your input voltage set correctly then you probably have a defective PS.  Only other possibility might be a short in the plug/wire that you attached.
