Title: NANAO MS-2931 High res problem
Post by: ratsflif on June 25, 2009, 05:21:19 pm
Hey,

I have a NANAO MS2931 in my blast city cab.  I cannot get it to go into 31khz mode.  I can play fine in 15khz mode fine and the osd shows that its in 15khz mode.  When I send a 31khz signal to it, it does not switch to 31khz mode,  the screen is jumbled and shifted and the osd says its still in 15khz mode.  Any help would be appreciated as I have found very little info on this monitor.

Thanks

I'm not familiar with that specific one...but on my cga\ega ones there is a jumper or plug on the chassis that must be switched in order for it to run in the other(non 15khz) mode...so my first guess would be to look for that...the jumbled screen is usually indicative of an incorrect sync signal....that's just a guess though...no promises

Yeah, the manual should say whether it's an autosync.
