Found a link to the Sanwa model 29E31S-B color video arcade monitor service manual:
http://www.sau.sega.com/pdfs/general/29E31S_SERVICE-MANUAL_Ver1.2.pdf
This monitor is Sega part number 200-5949 and operates on 120 volts AC. Typically, this monitor was supplied in Sega "Ghost Squad" games.

Nice find Ken ..... I know there has been several people looking for this for some time now.

The schematic in this manual isn't very good. Looks like it was scanned in too low of resolution. The rest of the manual looks ok.

when in need , a poor quality manual can be better than nothing ....

I just fixed one of these monitors today.
Symptom: Vertical foldover, bottom 1/4 of picture missing.
Cause: Electrolytic capacitors C314 and C313 are bad.
Solution: Replace C314 (3300 uf @ 25 volts) and C313 (220 uf @ 35 volts).
