Hi guys, I've got a deal on hand for a Sega Rally sitdown cab, only a single player version, without gamepcb, how much is one of those worth ?
The seller is asking $300 for it, is that to much ?
My plan was converting it to a mame driving cab, using the original wheel, pedals, gearshift and so on, any thoughts on that ?

Very often, they remove the game PCB so that you can't see what condition the monitor is in... it could be complete crap, non working, in which case you're paying $300 to haul away someone's junk. You're left with basically a box, some controls, a seat... not $300 worth.
Ask to see the monitor hooked up to any working game board.

Hi.
I trust the guy, so i know the monitor is working, it has been used to connect an xbox to. :)
What about the price ? `Monitor is working, cab is in decent shape, im gonna tear it down anyway for a complete rebuild.
Does anyone got some pictures of the wheel and the force feedback system, it would be nice if it was hackable :)

I personally think it's too much for a cab without the PCB. Yes, you're going to hack it up anyway, but you can't think of it in those terms, or even the terms of breaking it down into parts.
Why isn't the PCB included? IIRC it's one of those games that's pretty much only useful in that particular cab.
