Title: NES Emulator help: nestopia vs fceux
Post by: Kayden on June 05, 2009, 03:04:14 pm
I got all the controls configured for nestopia and then ran into a problem with the video.  I can't get it to run full screen on my arcade monitor, I set it to 640x480 and it goes goofy (scrolling, etc).  I tried all the settings and the best I could do was maximizing it and hiding the menu bar and status bar, but it leaves the title bar across the top and the mouse in the middle of the screen.

I then setup FCEUX; I got the video working full screen just fine at 640x480, but when I went through the process of configuring all the controls, I couldn't find a way to map a quit key to my joystick buttons.   :hissy:

So does anyone have any ideas for making nestopia run full screen or binding a quit key in FCEUX?

Ok, I missed an offscreen checkbox...  Unchecking "Auto refresh rate" fixed my problem.

In addition, you can map the Esc key in FCEUX (if that helps).
