Side art for a battlezone caberat, I have looked & looked looks like this is impossible to find anyone has any ideas

Used to own one of these... The cabaret version had no sideart, it was just a woodgrain finish.

I had a former employee of atari contact me over the side art.  He stated only operators could get side art you had to send in a special card that came with the unit but most did not so the artwork is very rare.
