Title: Winipac - "can't open driver!"

When I try to program my Ipac4 I get the "can't open driver!" error. I read on another thread that this was likely due to a missing file, but it the thread didn't mention what file is missing or where to get it. I was curious if anyone knows how to correct this issue.

Running WinXP 64 SP2
IPAC4 via PS2

I've seen this issue but can't remember what the fix was. If snagging the latest version of the app & drivers doesn't work, ask Andy.
