Title: Anyone have a mirror for controls.ini?

I'm trying to get LEDBlinky setup with Hyperspin for my LEDWiz and I am having problems.  I can't seem to get a copy of a controls.ini file.  Every link on the net for it seems to go to http://fe.donkeyfly.com/controls/controls.php which doesn't work anymore.  Can any of you guys help me out?
