Title: Neotec NT-1915, and NT s501
Post by: opt2not on May 24, 2009, 04:24:37 pm
Hey all,

I've been having the darnedest time trying to find information on these Neotec chassis'. Information is scarce when it comes to these things. I'm betting that's because they're lower quality parts than some of the more common monitor chassis'.

There are 2 chassis' in question, models:  NT-1915, and NT-S501

Both of these I want to recap, but I can't find any information on what capacitors I need to do so.

1. Does anyone have a list of the capacitors needed for these models?
(I found a KLOV post on the NT-S501, http://forums.klov.com/showthread.php?t=80378 (http://forums.klov.com/showthread.php?t=80378), but none of the regular cap-kit retailers have this exact model covered.)

2. What's the difference between the NT-S501, and NT-S500?  http://www.therealbobroberts.net/caps.html (http://www.therealbobroberts.net/caps.html) has a cap-kit for S500, I'm wondering if I order that to use on my S501. I'm assuming it's pretty much the same, but I want to be sure.

Thanks for your help!

Have you contacted tech support at the manufacturer yet?

www.neotecgraphic.com

It's always best to telephone them.

Manuals for all models are available to purchase from their parts department.
