Title: Schematic for a SEGA audio amp 838-12796
Post by: phatmeat on May 23, 2009, 09:11:24 am
The amp was cut out of the machine . Any info would be great. I find other models but not this one.  Schematic for a SEGA audio amp 838-12796

Might be one of them things where you'll have to browse through several Sega manuals to find what you need unless you know specifically what game it came from.

Been trying that. Not very complete. I get close found it in Magic Truck but it does not have a wiring diagram . It came from a virtua fighter cab. Searches turn up little but Ebay ads..

Yeah, I saw that Magic Truck one and I also look in the Virtua Fighter manual....no schematics. I think the Virtua Fighter manual actually listed a different version of that amp.
Seemed like most everything else had them though.  :P

I'm assuming what you really need is the pinout for it right ? (In order to wire it up)

Yeap that pin out would help. This one is a slippery one , Seems to be less common. I believe it takes 110 VAC in by looking at the bridge. I could be wrong.. I just don't want to wreck it .
