Are there any more options than the GGG NovaGenCDR or rigging a coin entry bezel and reject button with a pushbutton/microswitch behind them?
Something that looks realistic and easy to press (I can see a real reject button being a pain after a while)?
NovaGen looks great, but inserts look hard to come by/replace for us in the U.K. (10p lovers as we are), whereas the Happ assembly seems easy to alter.
Any ideas?

Buy the GGG ones and print your own insert. Problem solved.

How easily do they come apart?

Just looking at the way they are constructed, probably quite easily.

How easily do they come apart?
Easy and not at the same time. The one I've got graphics seem to be on sticker and not on a loose piece of paper. I'm not gonna pull off though to make sure. Other than that I like it a lot. Once powered they give very nice bright light.

You didn't mention what kind of button you are referring to.
The GGG buttons look like standard rectangular button with an insert that looks like a coin slot.

Different colors are available obviously. (red, white, blue, green, yellow, amber)
Keep in mind these look to be installed just like any other button, not directly in a coin door without some modification to the door itself I'm sure. (removing coin mech assemblies, etc)
As for the inserts themselves...... I just make my own anymore.
Can modify them to say whatever you want.
To replace them is easy, either the cap pops right off, there are two tabs to release the top, or there is a simple lot to slide them in, all depend on the type of button/coin button you have.

I thought that's what we talking about the rectangular ones with the preprinted graphics. http://tinyurl.com/pawy8c

I meant to reply to the other thread, but it slipped my mind.
If anyone would rather have the NovaGem CDR Buttons blank so they can print something of their own to put inside, I can supply them without the graphic. Just state that you want it blank in the comments section at checkout time and that's how you'll get them ;)
