Title: PCB standoffs?

Good idea, never thought of that, will use it the next time i am in a jam. As an alternative, i always go to a nearby computer repair shop "A:/prompt" And they have given me a handfull twice.

Post by: bkenobi on May 20, 2009, 10:43:09 pm: If anyone wants a premade solution that works just like "cutting up a pen", any home center or hardware store should carry nylon spacers. These are functionally the same thing, but will be exactly the same length for each one and will have a nice flat end to support your boards. Also, you don't lose that $0.05 pen either ;)

Here's an example of what I mean. Most stores will have a huge assortment of sizes to pick from...
