Title: Looking for Set49Mode

Can anyone either direct me to a functioning link or even email me a copy of set49mode?  You know the tiny little program that reads the controls.ini files and switches your GPWiz49 to the correct joystick mode so that you can play your roms with out having to manually switch joystick modes.

I've been looking for 3 days now and every time I track down a link it takes me to a now non-existant donkeyfly page.
