Title: Key Inputs for Mame seem to stop Responding

Here is my problem. I noticed in while playing fighting games. When using the joystick, it seems to respond for 4 or 5 seconds then stop for half a second the respond again for 4 or 5 seconds. Example of what I mean. Any fighting game I play if I'm walking forward or back my character will walk forward for a few seconds then stop for a half a second then start to walk again. I don't know if this is something to do with the sticky keys embedded into XP or not. Thanks if anybody can help.

As a start turn off all the sticky keys and other keyboard features in XP and see if your problem changes.
