Title: Pentranic 14 inch CH-250 touchscreen problems

Have a Pentranic Ch250 14" monitor in a Uwink Eye Con touchscreen game
running Megatouch Force software.
The screen had a horz line. Fixed by replacing the vertical output,
resistor and cap.
Now the game plays, but there is jitter noise in the background. If I
freeze spray the power supply switching transistor, it will go away
briefly and the picture is clear. I replaced two small caps that were
by it, 47uf 25volt with a 100uf 50v and a 100uf,but this did not help,
it may have made it worst. There is 150uf 400v cap, could this do it
or the transistor going bad.
Anyone have schematics
