Title: NSM Songbird: Pink Thunderbird Jukebox

I picked this up a few years ago. The only thing wrong with it is the pickup arm. The gears that hold it at its lowest position are broken. Thus not allowing it to scroll back and forth to pick up a different 45. Anyone have any experience with these and mabey know where i can get parts or a line on how to fab the parts i need?

Sorry I cannot help but would just like to say that is the wildest looking jukebox that I have ever seen.  :applaud: :applaud:

I only deal with digital jukeboxes but NSM have always been ok with me.

Hi Haunton,

I suggest that you look on Ebay for a replacement mechanism.
You will need to get the correct type so check out part numbers etc on your faulty unit.

Because it has been built into the back of the car it will be hard to check out what jukebox the parts came from.

Your best country for used spares will be Germany and the UK (Sound Leisure in the UK used to stock NSM parts)

Hi Haunton,

I have done some research and found that the SongBird Logo was a registered trademark  of the Carson City Parlour Productions of Shakopee, Minnesota (no longer in business)

The jukebox mechanism is a NSM ES-2 so that is the type of mechanism to go for.

Here is information for a listing on Ebay for a repair service on the ES-2 mechanism
NSM Carriage Repair Service Item number: 230327115136 this is in the UK.

thank you for the info guys..ebay was the right way to go..hopefully soon i will have a fully fuctional jukebox!!!!
