Title: frozen out

can you help plz,  I'm using the free version  and dont want to buy until i know it gonna run OK, firstly is there a user manual we can download?,

 can you tell me how to delete unwanted items in the jukebox (eg system folders)plz?

can you tell me how to tag music videos plz?


after running this software to the 30 min shut down period it will not load back up again, it has been frozen to the freebox V4 welcome screen, is this normal?
any help will be much appreciated.
