Title: C64 emulator preconfigured for mame?
Post by: sham69 on May 11, 2009, 07:26:46 am
Following on from Gonzo's preconfigured post with tons of emulators, has anyone got winvice or any c64 emu working with mamewah?
I tried this back in December but failed miserably, have loads of other emu's working perfectly but can't get winvice working.
Would someone have the relevent ini files, screens etc...
I would gladly pay for them at this stage.
Thanks
Sham.

You could start by telling us what you did and what the results were.

Without boring everyone to death I tried everything, got tips from guys here and still nothing.
I have winvice as an option within mamewah and can see the roms when I choose it but any game I select winvice tries to open but it crashes half way between opening the window.
I don't mean to be rude or ungreatful but I have been through all of this before on this forum and others and am just looking for someone who has this working properly with Mamewah and can provide an ini and possible folder structure etc.
Thanks for the reply.

### Execution Settings ###
pre_emulator_app_commandlines
emulator_commandline                      [emurootpath]\[emuname]\WinVICE-2.1\closemul.exe 49 53 x64.exe -fullscreen "[rompath]\[name].[romext]"{nodosbox}{safelaunch}
post_emulator_app_commandlines
general_app_commandlines

That's the relevant bit anyway. Though the games work I still need to take some snapshots of the game after passing the cracktro to avoid all the Y/N + F1s, etc.

If you need more, let me know.

Cheers for the reply, I will give it a go and get back to you.
Its headwrecking, managed to get loads of other eum's running with no problems.
Cheers.
