Title: fe.donkeyfly.com is down! Is there a backup of controls.ini somewhere?

I guess the site got hacked / closed or something. Anyone have a backup of controls.ini they can put up somewhere on the web?

I'm probably missing something really basic here, but can anybody give me some pointers on how to get something to display in Mala based on this controls.ini file?  Is there just some regular option for Mala layouts that displays this info, like the control panel or screen shot windows? Do I have to create a "Definable" window in the layout editor and set that up to show something based on controls.ini?  I'm probably missing something really simple, but for the life of my I can't figure out how to get anything to displayed now that I have this file. 

Any help is greatly appreciated.
