Title: What games are y'all using that need CHDs and are they worth it

Just wondering what games people have that need the CHD, I have just started to try a couple, I have
killer instinct
killer instinct 2
and simpsons bowling
so far these seem pretty good and worth the download, any others worth it.

just tried JoJos, I agree, pretty good for a reasonably small chd

I'm trying to get jojo working, but have run into a few problems. First it said "UNSUPPORTED CHD VERSION" for my files, which I guess makes sense since I was trying to run a new chd on mame .98. I found a 1.06 version, but it doesn't seem to have the files .98 is looking for in the chd. Does anyone know where I can find old chd's? All mine are too new it seems.

Or does the version of my chd just have to match the version of my rom and not the mame version? I'm using mame .98, but I think my rom file is actually a tad bit newer. Is there a way to tell from the rom files themselves what version they should be used with?

I would say there is a mismatch there somewhere, more than likely your rom file, you need to match mame and rom version, chd should be ok
