Title: Apache3 controls?

I might have access to an apache 3 arcade... but was wondering... Anyone know if its a true replacement for a starwars controller?

It's not 100% identical, but I believe it moves X and Y.  I know it's uglier and I don't think the handles are as ergonomic.
