For a PC with 333mhz processor and 128 mb of ram you can get this:

It's not really supported anymore. It's been around for a long time. I tried installing it on multiple systems, but without proper support I was shooting in the dark. I finally got tired of messing with it. :-\

At least the guy who has that front-end and that marvelous skin got it right!

Yeah I'm not really sure why it's not supported anymore. It's possible to update the files on your own to recognize newer games, and the front end is intact. That mean that with a lil bit of work it can be used. However, that is one thing I'm not familiar with. Plus the documentation wasn't very good and I couldn't seem to get it working right. The screen would show up but all of my menus would be empty and I didn't know how to populate them and there weren't any real help fiels that I could find...
It's a shame, though. It's pretty.

I ran ArcadeFX for a long time before I decided I wanted to use some other emulators. It's pretty solid. There are some slight bugs with sorting and scrolling through the list but overall it's pretty good. I think Ed has it the way he likes it and isn't messing with it anymore. I used Ed's ArcadeFX skin though for Lazarus because I like the look of it and I suck at graphic design.

Yes, ArcadeFX is may all time fav FE. I made an 80's style skin for it. Unfortunately it is not updated anylonger ( i think)
Good news though, someone else did a database update for MAME .70! ;D
