Title: WG U5000 Med resolution issues

I've got a 25" WG U5000 dual syn monitor in a Big Buck Hunter cabinet.  I can get it to work with the low resolution mode, but not the high.  I have the BBH manual and checked the dip switch settings on it.  Like I said it works fine on low resolution mode, but when I change the dips on the BBH to med resolution and change the jumper to the 25K setting on the U5000, it is scrolling horizontally.  I have tried different synch wire connections and tried to adjust the horz synch pots on the remote monitor control to no avail.  The monitor has been recapped and has all three WG service kits installed.  Any ideas?

Have you tried the monitor on another medium res game?

I have not.  The only other Jamma board I have is a Bad Dudes.  Is Bad Dudes a Med resolution?

there was a problem with this companies games and horizontal sync,hantarex had the same problem-i am sure a online update was done for these
you should contact them to find out for sure
