First time poster long time viewer. Well after 3 months of blood, sweat and tears my first Cab is done. I want to give a big shout out to Andy at Ultimarc and Scott at Mamemarquees for their great products and customer service. The cab has a little influence from quite a few off this board, mainly Lusid's, Artifact's and a little bit of Knieval's. And also thanks to who ever came up with the sawboard idea, it's one of the best things ever.
Now I present to you MAME Invaders:

Awesome work! Came out really well! :applaud:
-
Looks very nice, especially the graphics on the side and control panel.
Although I think you will eventually regret the "Playa 1" & "Playa 2" idea.
-
Very nice, I'm a sucker for anything SI :afro:
-
Thanks guys! I agree cmoses, but it was a joke with my coworkers, can always just get a new one printed at a later date.
-
That cabs looks really great. The color scheme and artwork you used take it to another level. Well done!
-
Vry, vry cool. Nice job.

Wow! Awesome job. I love the art (other than "Playa") and that is saying a lot for me since I generally don't like the word "mame" anywhere on a cab.
What kind of specs are in that thing? Monitor? Controls? etc...
-
Thanks for all the comments everyone. Lets see for specs:
Old Dell Pentium 4 with 1 gig of ram running MAME 111 and 128
2 Ultimarc Ultrastik 360s
Ultimarc Utrak (still in the process of getting it to work and LED lit)
Lots of HAPP Buttons
27" inch Sansui Digital TV fed with S-Video
I have yet to put the order in for the front glass, but I will sometime in the next few weeks, and I still need to connect the wires for the LED Marquee light and coin door lights. Like people have said, it's playable now so it's hard to continue to work on it. I did get the coin door switches working the other day. You better believe I'm gonna try to get a few quarters from people!

thats just damn pretty.
Can't wait to see it all completed.

Wow, really nice artwork.

Looks really good! Colorful but not "too" colorful. Excellent work!
