Title: e-Touch - Can't get it to work

Hi Guys,

I downloaded the demo for e-Touch.  I go into the setup program and link my folder where my music is (iTunes).  It starts to add songs but then will say there is an error and stops working.  Is this a common problem?  I'm using TouchTrax now with no problems.

Is your music .mp3? Mp4?

If it is mp4, you need Windows Media Player 11 with the Mp4 codecs.

Try that and see if it works.

Also, did you use the config4 file to tell E-Touch where your music is stored? Do you have your albumn covers all named the same such as cover.jpg?

What is the error number and when do you see it? In the config while building the library or in the main jukebox app?
