Title: Feature request: Always load MaLa in Vertical (or Horizontal) mode

I have a 3-sided cocktail cabinet.  It would be great if there was a setting to a in MaLa to always force it to load in Vertical mode (or Horizontal mode, etc).  Right now, when you exit, it remembers which way the screen was rotated and keeps it that way the next time you load.  The GUI/Mala Start tab would be the ideal place for this option.
