Title: Star Wars Cockpit Canopy PlexiGlass
Post by: mmintz on April 19, 2009, 10:00:45 pm
Hi-
I have a Star Wars Cockpit and I am missing the Plexiglass Canopy. Anyone know where I can find it or whom can make it for me?

Also looking for the marquee. & Amp HV and Def.

Thanks!

I've had them repro'ed by my local Perspex dealer. They have pro tools to do the bending and drilling.

Handed in the originals and they made two copies of the sets. We (Darthnuno and I) chose to go for grey colored perspex insteaf of the original browny color. The grey/black look combines much better with the black parts of the cab.

They have pro tools to do the bending and drilling.

That's the prblem- I no originals and no measurements. Your local guy didn't write down the meaurements by any chance OR if they did perhaps they could make me a set?

I could have them do another set from the originals but I don't know where you live ? Shipping these could be very costly.
Price for the set was about 110 euro IIRC.

I've actually already measured them and put sizes up on this forum.....somewhere.....

I don't know if these are in production yet (or going to be in production), but it's listed on This Old Game's website-

http://www.thisoldgame.com/thisoldgame/new_page_2.htm (http://www.thisoldgame.com/thisoldgame/new_page_2.htm)

Maybe you could contact them and see what they say.
