Sorry for the double post. I originally posted this in the wrong forum! D'oh!
Been working on my MALA layout this week, I think it's done! It's a little slow, though. Not sure what to do to fix that. It scrolls too slow. Could be my computer? Celeron 2.4? 1.5gb of ram.
It features marquees, videos, and number of games played.
It's a vertical layout.

Post it. It looks very good.

Just to satisfy my own curiosity, how do you do the 'Popular Game' counter?
I really like that feature! ;D

It looks good ! ;)
Wouldnt mind using it myself.
-
Definitely interested.....is there a horizontal layout, too?
:)
Also please write a tutorial how to do that marquee and "Game played## times" thing ;)
-
To display the "Game played## times" thing use the ~g_played pattern.

As for displaying the Marquee (or snap or other image) instead of the game title, in the layout editor, double click the game list and under "Appearance" check the ImageList box.
By the way, blkdog7 have you been able to get the Default Image to work, cause I haven't.
Cheers,

Have you downloaded my file? It's ready for download.
I checked it on another computer and it seems to work just fine.
The layout is on my homepage on the right:

Great layout :applaud:. Too bad it's just for a vertical monitor ;D.
Found out what the problem was :banghead: . Stupid me :banghead: .
The default image has to be in the same folder as your background image. I was pointing to an image in the mala root directory.
Cheers,
