Title: 3 Sided cocktail questions.

I just finished my 3 sided cocktail. I setup MAME on it, have it running the MaLa front end. It works well enough, only played with it for a second.

I have it setup so the 2side (where you can sit next to someone) is player 1 & 2. The other sides (the long sides) are players 3 & 4.

Is there anyway to make it automatically know im playing a cocktail game, and make player 3 & 4 become players 1 & 2 basically, and just during the cocktail game?

Are we taking about MaLa or Mame?

On mame you can map the controls on a per game basis.

I use mala as a front end for mame. I'm very new to this, sorry in advance.

I don't know if it's a mala setting or a mame setting.

Would I have to go in for each game and set it?

Are you talking about controlling the game then it is a mame setting. And yes you would have to do that for each game (as this is not a MaLa setting)

Hit TAB when playing a mame game and options will be revealed.

Unless you are talking about the controls for navigating the MaLa menu.
