Title: Coin Door....what am I missing?

So I've had this coin door for awhile and Never really looked through the whole thing...


It looks like I'm missing something(s)...


Also, What does that little metal piece do? (Where does it go?)
This is what I get for not charting my disassembly when I was cleaning/painting it..



As it is, when I push down the coin reject thing, It goes down hard, doesnt pop back up, and I can seemingly just push it in..

There should be a metal chute that covers the coin slot and funnels the coins to the coin mech.  The reject peg also passes through a hole in the metal chute so you can't push it in all the way.  There should also be a bar that connects from this top chute down to the bottom piece that fits over the pegs on the coin mech to hold it in place.  You can see it in this picture pretty well, http://www.happcontrols.com/coindoors/40051200_exploded.htm (http://www.happcontrols.com/coindoors/40051200_exploded.htm).  Not sure what that little metal piece goes on.

Edit:  The light socket also connects to the top chute.
