I was cleaning out a Mortal Kombat 2 cabinet when I found this in the bottom. Doesn't seem to go with anything in the cabinet and I have no idea what it is. Can anyone help me identify it?

It looks like a coin lockout board. The coin lockout keeps the customer
from inserting more coins in when the game is already active.
Im not sure though. Its been a long time since Ive seen somethings
similar to this in a machine (a 'Big Choice' electronic crane machine).

It comes from a Rock-ola (rocola?) jukebox. Or at least, that's what I've seen auctions selling them sell them as. I've never really paid much attention to them, I only remember them since I was looking for a specific PCB and those boards kept popping up.
I've never seen an actual description at what they do so X may indeed be correct.
